Medical Administrative Role

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in medical administration. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and efficiently
  • Manage telephone calls and clinic tasks
  • Process payments and schedule patient appointments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in medical administration (required)
  • 1 year of experience with medical software (Shexie) preferred
