Quality Assurance Specialist Position

This role involves developing and implementing project quality strategies to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing project-specific quality documentation such as Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and verification tools.
  • Leading audits and managing non-conformance issues, driving corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing inspections, lot reviews, and audit programs for compliance.
  • Generating QMS reports and ensuring adherence to industry standards and policies.
  • Conducting site inspections to drive quality improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering and/or civil construction, with rail or transportation experience preferred but not mandatory.

Skills required include excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to travel to sites on the Northern Gold Coast, and minimum 5 years' experience as a quality assurance professional.
