Job Summary:

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care and daily living support to clients
  • Assist with manual handling and the use of aids
  • Support clients with medical requirements and advocate for their needs
  • Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and families through effective communication and empathy
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting clients with high-needs disabilities
  • Confidence in manual handling and the use of aids
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including varied rosters
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)
  • Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
