About Our Home Care Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide person-centred support to clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support services to clients, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Respond to client needs with empathy, calmness, and resilience.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or related fields (an advantage but not mandatory) or relevant experience.
  • A current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle.
  • Satisfactory Police Records Check [less than 12 months old] and Working with Children Check.
  • Manual handling training desirable.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours on a fortnightly roster.
  • Availability and willingness to use personal smartphone (iPhone or Android).
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
