We're seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team in New South Wales, driving our commercial and residential partner network across the region.
This role is pivotal in promoting our brand equity and customer experience, leveraging our unique approach to specialist partners.
The successful candidate will report to the State Manager and be responsible for managing our brand offerings of Temperzone and Hitachi in the NSW market.
The key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and developing existing B2B/B2C customers in residential, commercial, wholesale, and building sectors.
- Identifying new business opportunities using internal data and industry intel.
- Acknowledging existing and potential partner needs through presentations, promotions, and sales activities.
- Crafting and delivering tailored marketing strategies for individual accounts.
- Analyzing sales targets and budgets, ensuring timely achievement.
- Providing top-notch customer service across all functions.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with established brands or projects.
- Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industries.
- Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- A good understanding of current technology trends and the Australian competitive landscape.
