About the Role:

TGI Fridays is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, adhering to recipes and plating guides.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation, section management, and inventory control.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Participate in menu development, including the creation of specials and limited-time offers.
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff, including training and development.

Requirements:

  • Fully Trade Qualified in Commercial Cookery.
  • Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
