Aged Care Workforce Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Sydney team in a Senior Recruitment Consultant position. This role will focus on building and managing a casual aged care workforce across our existing client base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing strong relationships with aged care providers to meet fluctuating workforce needs;
- Coordinating shift bookings, availability, and rostering of staff;
- Promoting AustCorp's casual staffing solutions to new and existing clients;
- Attracting and managing candidates to ensure consistent availability of staff;
- Delivering outstanding service to both clients and casual employees.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in aged care and possess excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Key Skills & Experience Required- Previous experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing or aged care;
- Ability to attract, engage and retain casual workers;
- Organised, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference in aged care;
- A non-KPI driven environment where you manage your own desk;
- Ongoing training, marketing, and branding support to set you up for success.
