The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on building and managing a casual workforce across existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building, managing and supporting a pool of casual aged care staff.
  • Developing strong relationships with healthcare providers to meet fluctuating workforce needs.
  • Coordinating shift bookings, availability, and rostering of staff.
  • Promoting our staffing solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Candidate attraction and pipeline management to ensure consistent availability of staff.
  • Delivering outstanding service to both clients and employees.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience recruiting within healthcare or aged care is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to attract, engage and retain casual workers.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Organised, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about making a positive difference in aged care.
