Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical business professional to drive outcomes with a dedicated customer. The successful candidate will possess proven experience in systems integration, APIs, and data flow analysis.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analytical business analysis and gather requirements for software engineering and digital projects.
  • Influence decisions on technical requirements, data mapping, and integration touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments and analyze data-related needs.
  • Define integration approaches and understand key inter-team dependencies.
About You
  • You should have experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a track record of delivering enterprise projects involving systems integration and data-driven solutions.
  • Able to influence stakeholder relationships, elicit technical requirements, and drive team performance in complex integration environments.
  • Hands-on experience with integration projects (APIs, middleware, data pipelines), deep understanding of data flows, and a development background or strong knowledge of the SDLC.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, especially relating to technical and data requirements.
  • Proven Agile and Scrum practitioner with experience working in cross-functional technical teams.
