The role of a PreSales Solution Architect plays a pivotal part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

As an expert in developing deep understanding of the company's portfolio, products, services, and markets, you will act as a subject matter expert to provide strategic advice and technical leadership in projects.

You will design and deliver end-to-end solution architecture for customer projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, data security, and performance standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering compelling presentations and software demonstrations to customers, leading technical requirements for opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive pipeline growth.

Additionally, you will work closely with the development team to understand capabilities, processes, and DevOps processes; participate in coding or business workflow mapping as required.

Your input and resolution of technical issues across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) will be crucial to the success of the project.

You will support the implementation and upholding of architectural governance controls across the SDLC and project management frameworks.

This is a permanent hybrid role open to candidates based in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, or Brisbane.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of Solution Architecture experience, with a strong focus on PreSales.
  • Experience with implementing complex enterprise projects in a mission critical/high-availability environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven and demonstrable professional experience in a presales or equivalent role.
