As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing customer partnerships to drive business growth and achieve volume targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding market trends and competitor analysis
- Developing individual stakeholder strategies and relationship plans
- Maintaining key relationships with current major customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing sales forecasts and budget reports
- Project identification and deal negotiation
- Managing a target plan of customers and projects to win
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current or previous experience in business development and account management
- Previous customer-facing experience across various sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM software and MS suite
- Understanding of market dynamics and sales acumen
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
