The Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Development Manager to build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers allocated within the Coopers Plains/Toowoomba area.

This role involves customer segments including Fleet Bus/Truck/Waste, Manufacturing, Engineering, RV Businesses, Lifestyle, OE Truck Dealerships, Agricultural, Civil, Construction, Forklift, Government Departments, Marine, and Hire etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the territory in line with our Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan.
  • Maintain a customer territory and maximise business opportunities and sales growth.
  • Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:

  • Industry Customer Management experience in either Commercial, Automotive or Industrial sectors.
  • Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development, and territory management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes, and achieve results.
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively.
