Service Technician Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our QLD team in Australia. As a key member of our technical crew, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to respond to service requests and ensure equipment performance meets expectations.

About the Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert technical guidance and support.
  • Coordinate and conduct product installations and maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and provide feedback to management on product effectiveness.
  • Liaise and support service contractors assigned to your region, promoting efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A valid Driver's Licence is essential, as the role involves frequent site visits at client premises.
  • A minimum of 3 years field service experience, including handling technical queries from the field.
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and occasionally interstate.
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, or a similar background.
  • Capacity to adhere to Work Health and Safety standards, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
