You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless order processing, inventory management, and communication with stakeholders.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, taking ownership and escalating where required.
  • Managing customer and commercial team interactions through telephony services.
  • Contribute to achieving the team's set KPIs by ensuring all customer orders, bookings & invoices are processed accurately in compliance with relevant SOP's.
  • Collaborate with the National Customer Service Network to provide support when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Commercial Team, Loan Kits etc. to ensure smooth operations.
You'll need excellent technical skills, including MS Office, CRM, ERP, and specific technology such as SFDC or SAP.
