Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at The Sydney Implant Institute. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians during surgical and restorative procedures.

Your Role Includes:

  • Assisting our clinicians during surgical and restorative procedures
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to a high standard
  • Supporting patients chairside and providing clear post-operative instructions
  • Keeeping our instruments sterilised and our workflow seamless
  • Contributing to a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia or the UK
  • A solid understanding of dental procedures, especially implantology
  • Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging systems
  • A warm and professional communication style
  • A sharp eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
