Job Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will interact directly with customers and oversee operational requirements at our Australian branch, handling inventory management, customer guidance, and collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager for efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will utilize state-of-the-art technology to perform intraoral 3D scans of customers' teeth for evaluations by our Licensed Dental Professionals.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the Beame site, including inventory management, customer guidance, and collaboration with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Represent Beame professionally, foster strong relationships with partners, and promptly address any potential conflicts or concerns.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and assist customers throughout their smile enhancement journey.
  • Dedicate to delivering a premium, top-quality customer experience adhering to our high standard of service.
  • Operate the site with excellence, ensuring all operational tasks support an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail or dental clinic settings.
  • Confident in presenting our product and adept at addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
