Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brand new clinic, ensuring high standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including patient scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Manage finances, including budgeting, revenue generation, forecasting, and accounting.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff for consistent patient care.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Enhance customer service processes and deliver targets.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints professionally.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: 5+ years of experience as a Business/Practice Manager, preferably in a group/multi-location dental setting operating at least 6 chairs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using dental software and office management tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Health care, Business or Management

Compensation:
