Job Description

As a full-time Receptionist with Maven Dental, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your friendly and professional demeanor will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and fostering a comfortable atmosphere within the practice.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Greeting patients and handling administrative tasks
  • Supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist in the dental industry is ideal
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
  • A high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor even during busy periods
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using basic computer software such as MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems
  • A compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease
