Design Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and driven sales professional to join our high-performing team. As a Design Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and exceeding targets by establishing strong customer relationships, engaging customers face-to-face and over the phone, and consulting, promoting, and closing sales.

  • Foster and maintain strong customer connections through exceptional service and tailored sales approaches.
  • Identify customer needs and present suitable options to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment where teamwork is encouraged to maximize sales during campaigns and promotions.
  • Utilize in-house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  4. Order Management: Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
  5. Showroom Presentation: Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  6. Results-Oriented: Use in-house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently.
