We are seeking a Strategic Compliance Leader to join our team.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic environments where customer insight, legal expertise, and innovation intersect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and ensure content accuracy and responsiveness to regulatory changes and customer feedback.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement, leveraging data, customer insights, and innovation (including AI and automation).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with commercial goals.
  • Nurture relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.
  • Lead and mentor teams to build subject matter expertise and a customer-centric culture.
  • Sustain pre-sales activities and customer retention through content leadership.
Requirements:
  • Licensed lawyer or equivalent degree – legal and compliance education and experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in content development with a focus on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for customer-driven content and innovation.
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
