Compliance Leadership Opportunity

The role of Senior Compliance Manager is a crucial part of the organization's operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. As a leader in the superannuation and managed funds industry, this position requires an experienced professional to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance framework that addresses legal and regulatory requirements specific to the organization and the superannuation industry.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the compliance team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to fulfill their responsibilities.
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and key stakeholders regarding key compliance matters.
  • Establish and manage a compliance monitoring and reporting system to ensure adherence to all compliance obligations.
  • Assess potential compliance risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Work with relevant teams to develop and conduct a compliance training program to ensure awareness and understanding of compliance obligations.
  • Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and manuals to reflect changes in regulations, legislation, and industry standards.
