About the Position

We are seeking a strategic thinker and empathetic leader to join our Risk division as a Compliance Advisory Head. In this hands-on position, you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the detail, providing expert compliance advice on regulatory obligations and emerging risks.

  • Providing expert compliance advice on regulatory obligations and emerging risks
  • Overseeing compliance input into projects, regulatory change programs, and product development
  • Driving continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and simplification
  • Supporting annual Control Self-Assessments for Business and Retail Banking
  • Coaching and quality assurance to ensure consistent, high-quality advice across the team
