Senior Compliance Professional

Bupa is seeking a senior compliance professional to join the company in a strategic leadership role.

This position plays a pivotal role within the APAC Compliance and Conduct Risk team, responsible for leading regulatory change and compliance management across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have roughly 10 years of professional experience, and exposure to Line 1 and/or Line 2 compliance roles within APRA-regulated entities or other highly regulated environments.

They will be an excellent communicator and understand both the technical and human elements of compliance, working collaboratively with the business to ensure our approach to compliance delivers great results for customers.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, law, or compliance (professional compliance accreditation highly regarded) or equivalent professional experience
  • Deep practical and technical expertise in compliance including obligation management, compliance plans, regulatory change
  • Knowledge of APRA and broader commercial regulatory environments
  • The ability to communicate clearly, succinctly and with impact to senior stakeholders, and
  • Leadership attributes with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
