Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Vacation Experience Expert. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their vacations are seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Customer-Centric Support: You'll be the friendly face on the other end of the phone or support system, assisting clients with software-related incidents and requests.
- Deliver Support Remotely: Whether via email, JIRA ticketing system, video or phone, you'll be there for our clients, troubleshooting issues, fulfilling requests and providing solutions.
- Learn and Adapt: Our system is unique; you'll need the desire and initiative to understand our software system inside and out so you can confidently assist our clients with any issues they may encounter.
- Excellent Written and Verbal English
- Experience in a Customer Service Environment, Ideally Providing Application Support
- Intermediate Level with MS Office Applications, Particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to Work Remotely and Independently

$65,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience), plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development. This is a full-time position operating standard office hours Monday to Friday. We do support North American clients, and as such are flexible with hours to provide a support overlap with their time zones when necessary.
