This role drives market share and revenue growth for the core peritoneal dialysis product portfolio. It involves supporting projects and initiatives for the product portfolio and PD therapy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review proposed product requirements for local markets
- Flawlessly manage product introduction, discontinuation, and changes
- Determine product pricing using market data, production/purchase price, and sales costs
- Build strong relationships with Demand Planning and Supply Planning, engaging in Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) for short-term and long-term product sales forecasts
- Work closely with local and global stakeholders for product availability
- Complete communication for internal and external parties on stock shortages and recalls, coordinating alternatives
- Assist with marketing elements, meeting bidding and submission process requirements
- Participate in the product complaint process for satisfactory customer outcomes
- Contribute to product information seminars/workshops for prescriber and healthcare professional awareness
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative nature
- Tertiary qualifications (Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, Healthcare)
- 4-5 years marketing and/or sales experience with marketing fundamentals and skills
- Experience marketing speciality products in formulary/restricted environments or tender-driven markets
- Tender/contract management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategy and execution
- Key digital marketing channels for patient and HCP engagement
- Chronic Renal market space experience
- Tenacity and integrity in dealing with complex market/customer issues
