Product Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to drive the technical vision of our product development team.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product visions and roadmaps that meet business and customer needs.
  • Translate prioritised initiatives into detailed technical requirements and guides engineers in prioritising their work.
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team while serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document technical requirements and ensure user stories have the right level of detail for engineers to build solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading technical development within digital product and/or agile teams. They should have expertise in Cloud platforms such as AWS, including knowledge of cloud architecture on Serverless and Containerisation. Additionally, relevant Product and Agile qualifications/accreditations and training are desirable.
