We are seeking an experienced representative to manage inbound and outbound leads, handle customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.

Job Description:

As a highly skilled representative, you will be responsible for handling a large volume of calls on time, managing social media messages and comments, following communication scripts, and identifying client needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with efficiency
  • Managing social media messages and responding to comments in a timely manner
  • Finding solutions to client issues and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-ups with the escalation team

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of our products and services, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets.
