Job Opportunity

We are seeking exceptional individuals to fill the role of a Customer Service Representative at our hotel.

This position requires providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the overall safety and security of our guests and associates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in Hotel Front Office is necessary for success in this role.
  • Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, preferably Cloud-based systems, is an asset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills will help make a great impression on our customers.
  • A warm and friendly personality will contribute to a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Engaging and personable nature will help create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Requirements:
  • 1 year of front desk experience is preferred.
  • RSA or Approved Manager Licence is an advantage.
  • Work Authorisation: Australia is a must.

Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a rotating roster and 38 hours per week.
