About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering the department's financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed within the department and the retail store as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit ensuring the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company
- Provide inspirational leadership, training and developing team capability
- Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team have an understanding of the performance of the department / store
- Effectively manage costs
- Drive a customer-centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including incentives. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits such as seasonal product allowances and generous discounts on all brands products.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in managing a high sales turnover retail business
- Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
- Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
- Experience managing the performance, training and development of a medium to large team
- Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
