The Opportunity

This full-time leadership position involves managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the store, aligning work with team members to ensure efficient and smooth running of the workshop.

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in leading and motivating a small team, developing business relationships, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build relationships with retail and automotive trade customers.
  • E nsure commercial financial viability by achieving agreed budgets, sales, and margin targets to maximise store profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team; monitor team performance, coach, and train as required, lead store recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the workshop and be "hands-on" when required.
  • Promote and sell Pedders products and services.
  • Maintain standards, including compliance to OH&S and other policies.
