Automotive Technician - PDI Team

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and validating vehicles to customer and legislative requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mechanical and electrical checks, adjustments and repairs as required
  • Perform pre-delivery tasks and inspections according to set instructions and standards
  • Install accessories and ensure all vehicle features are functioning correctly
  • Light servicing and repairs of passenger vehicles
  • Customise vehicles as per plan and/or instructed
  • Maintain safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
  • Perform quality checks and be accountable for workmanship
Your Requirements
  • Mechanical Trade or Engineering qualification
  • Previous experience in automotive trade and quality systems
  • Manual driver's license
  • General automotive diagnostic and accessory fitment experience
  • Experience in servicing various makes and models
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
