Job Description

As a seasoned automotive professional, we are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Salisbury location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring seamless workshop execution in line with company standards.

We are looking for a visionary who can develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and automotive trade customers, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to motivate and lead a small team, combined with your passion for growth and development, will be instrumental in propelling our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including retail and automotive trade customers.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and training as needed to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the workshop, demonstrating hands-on expertise when required.
  • Promote and sell Pedders products and services.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
