Auto Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled automotive professional to fill a leadership role in our store. As an experienced Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational requirements of the store and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the workshop.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive suspension repairs and operation, with experience in management or leadership roles. They should possess excellent communication skills, ability to influence and lead their team to achieve goals, high level of time management skills, and experience of effectively delegating and managing workshop flow.

The successful candidate will also have sales and achievement focus, with proven sales achievements and current and unrestricted driver's license.

  • About the Role: The Automotive Store Manager will be accountable for managing the store's daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and build relationships with retail and automotive trade customers, ensure commercial viability by achieving agreed budgets and margin targets, lead and motivate the team, assist in the workshop, promote and sell Pedders products and services, and maintain store standards.
