Automotive Store Leadership Position

A seasoned Automotive Professional is sought to lead our Salisbury store, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment of work among team members for efficient workshop performance.
This leadership role entails managing small teams, developing business relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture connections with retail and automotive trade clients.
- Evaluate and ensure commercial viability by achieving set targets, sales, and margin goals.
- Guide, motivate, and support your team; monitor performance, coach, and train as required, oversee store recruitment activities.
- Assist in the workshop and be 'hands-on' when necessary.
- Promote and sell Pedders products and services.
- Maintain Pedders standards, including adherence to OH&S and other company policies.
