Job Title: Ticketing Coordinator

The organization is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join the consumer team as a ticketing coordinator.

About the Role:
  • Elevate the customer experience by ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day ticketing operations, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to key departmental performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary contact for ticketing requests, ensuring smooth communication and execution with relevant stakeholders.
  2. Liaise with AFL MSS and AFL Ticketing on matters related to tickets, including member entitlements.
  3. Collaborate with the membership team to resolve member issues related to accessing tickets through the ticketing platform.
  4. Coordinate the fulfillment of internal ticket requests, ensuring accurate tracking and cost codes for internal transfers.
  5. Support opposition teams with ticketing requests and coordinate bespoke builds with the ticketing provider.
  6. Capture opportunities from internal departments to increase crowd build and contribute to achieving ticketing targets.
  7. Work collaboratively with the membership team to deliver seamless matchday operations across membership and ticketing.
  8. Provide support to the membership team during key campaign periods.
  9. Perform other duties as directed by the head of ticketing and data to support departmental and organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous ticketing experience is required.
  • Familiarity with Aspect and/or Archtics platforms is an asset.
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize within tight timeframes are critical.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a 'can-do' attitude are required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security is essential.
  • A friendly and enthusiastic team player with a proactive work ethic, capable of working autonomously, is preferred.
Desirable:
  • Database experience is beneficial.
  • An interest in data analytics is valuable.
  • A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in a sporting environment is desirable.
