Job Title: Reliability Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill this challenging role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our equipment.

  • Analyse Equipment Performance: Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in equipment performance using data analysis techniques.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of defects and develop strategies for defect elimination.
  • Develop Asset Strategies: Create and optimize asset life cycle plans, including condition monitoring and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintenance Support: Provide engineering support to the maintenance team, including repair scope development and review.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Maintenance, Operations, OEMs, and specialist contractors to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Reliability Champion: Promote reliability best practices across the business and build capability through training and development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

You should have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of asset management or maintenance.
