Mobile Fleet Reliability Specialist

This role involves developing and optimizing maintenance strategies for mobile fleets and related assets. The goal is to improve reliability, extend asset lifespan, and reduce costs while continuously enhancing maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis to improve asset reliability.
- Create long-term maintenance plans aligned with production objectives.
- Develop capital justifications and manage projects.
- Lead or support investigations into equipment failures.
- Coach and mentor teams in reliability best practices.
- Contribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetings.
- Support budgeting and capital planning for mobile assets.
Requirements:
- An engineering qualification or relevant trade background.
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS.
- Industry experience.
