About the Role

We are currently seeking a part-time Nursing Professional to join our dedicated team based in Parkes. In this role, you will oversee care planning, coordination and implementation, ensuring high standards of professional care delivery.

A seasoned leader with clinical expertise, you will provide guidance, support and leadership to our Care Staff. A combination of AM, PM and Nights will be on offer. Night shift availability is highly regarded.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • a current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA;
  • minimum 2 years' experience within an aged care setting;
  • prior experience in a leadership or clinical coaching capacity (preferred);
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders; and
  • demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives and deadlines.
