Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
  • Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, actively reporting any concerns or incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Competent IT skills and ability to use electronic systems efficiently
