We are seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Professional to deliver exceptional care to our residents at our Forbes location.
The successful candidate will provide direct clinical nursing care in line with best practice nursing procedures, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with peers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure a safe working environment by following policies and procedures
- A strong commitment to delivering compassionate care to the elderly
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar qualification
- In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation and standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and awareness of age-related health issues
- Effective coaching/training skills
- A customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Competent IT skills
- Willingness to apply for a police check and NDIS clearance
