Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of the sleep business within our CPAP clinics
  • Manage a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists
  • Build synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and services
  • Generate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance Indicators
  • Handle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutions
  • Promote a safe working environment and abide by stipulated regulations

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification and/or related experience, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also demonstrate strong management and business development capabilities, effective leadership and organisational skills, ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents, and an in-depth understanding of medical supplies and or pharmacy business.
