CPAP Clinic Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our CPAP clinics, driving sales and overseeing a team of consultants and specialists.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and/or related experience, with strong management and business development capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of the sleep business within CPAP clinics.
  • Manage a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists.
  • Build synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region.
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and services.
  • Generate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance Indicators.
  • Handle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Management Team for continued growth.
  • Promote a safe working environment and abide by stipulated regulations.

Regular travel to CPAP Clinics in Townsville and Mackay is required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong management and business development capabilities.
  • Effective leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
  • In-depth understanding of medical supplies and or pharmacy business.
