Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager – Sleep Solutions, the main purpose of this role is to drive the sales of the Sleep Solutions business within the CPAP Clinics in Mackay and Townsville.

As part of their role, the Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the ALH CPAP Therapy Consultants and CPAP Therapy Specialists within their region.

We are seeking applicants who are driven, enthusiastic, and most importantly, see the value of excellent customer experience.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Drive sales of the sleep business within the Air Liquide's CPAP clinics
  • Manage a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists
  • Build synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and services
  • Generate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance Indicators
  • Handle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutions
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Management Team for continued
  • Promote a safe working environment and abide by stipulated regulations
  • Regular travels to CPAP Clinics in Townsville and Mackay

Are you a MATCH?
  • Tertiary qualification and/or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and business development capabilities
  • Effective leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
  • In-depth understanding of medical supplies and or pharmacy business
