About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to drive sales and manage a team within a region. This involves managing CPAP consultants and specialists, building synergy between team members, and participating in trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of CPAP consultants and specialists
  • Build synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and services
  • Generate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance Indicators
  • Handle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and business development capabilities
  • Effective leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
