Duty Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of Duty Manager at our venue.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and managing day-to-day operations across the bar, kitchen, and floor areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
- Lead by example through personal involvement in service delivery and foster a positive team environment.
- Manage cash and stock reconciliations, maintaining security of assets and ensuring accuracy.
- Oversee venue presentation standards, implementing improvements as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a hospitality management position, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of bar, kitchen, and venue operations, including financial management and inventory control.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and work under pressure, with effective time management and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and external stakeholders.
