Job Overview

The Duty Manager role is all about leading a team and creating an exceptional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Training and Operational Excellence: Lead training sessions and team-building activities to bring out the best in every team member. Ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication Guru: Navigate through communication platforms, handle RSA auditors and authorities, and ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol.
  • Venue Atmosphere Aficionado: Create an atmosphere that exudes fun, cleanliness, and maintenance. Teach the team the art of perfect customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and their ingredients is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • RSA certification.
