Lead Operations and Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a seasoned Duty Manager to join our team at Wildflower restaurant. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for efficient service delivery and ensure seamless communication with the kitchen team for food quality and timing.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Supervise and motivate the team to deliver superior service and foster a positive work environment.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure optimal occupancy and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the restaurant to uphold our high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations and hotel policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, scheduling, and timesheet approval processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development for the team through training and feedback.
  • Represent the restaurant department at meetings and support senior management in driving business growth.
