About the Role

As a Senior Dams Engineer at Aurecon, you'll be responsible for leading dam projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dam projects across the full asset life cycle, including site investigations, feasibility studies, design, construction, and operation.
  • Develop and implement dam safety management systems, including surveillance, safety reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
