Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage dam projects across the full asset life cycle, from site investigations to safe operation and management.
  • Develop and implement dam safety management systems, including surveillance, safety reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, from proposal preparation to project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring diverse skillsets together and drive innovation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A civil engineering qualification and relevant dam industry experience.
  • A thorough understanding of ANCOLD and State-based guidelines and regulatory practices.
  • Excellent communication and technical report writing skills.
  • The drive to develop technical capability and lead project teams.
