Job Title: Senior Dams Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dams Engineer to join our Land and Water business. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading dam projects from conception to completion, ensuring the safe operation and management of our clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage dam projects, including site investigations, feasibility studies, design, and construction support.
  • Develop and implement dam safety management systems, including surveillance, safety reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, from proposal preparation to project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Civil engineering qualification with relevant dam industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of ANCOLD and State-based guidelines and regulatory practices.
  • Excellent communication and technical report writing skills.
  • Ability to present concepts to diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Chartered Professional Civil Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (desirable).
